RHS Class of 2025 Parents, Guardians and Students,

 

It is hard to believe the Class of 2025 will be graduating from Ridgefield High School in a little over a year!  A small committee has been formed to help organize the Class of 2025 Grad Night celebration which will take place on June 6, 2025 after the graduation ceremony.  We have lots of events planned in the coming months where we need everyone's help!  This letter will outline our fundraising plan and let you know where we need volunteers!  

 

Parents and students, please complete the RHS Class of 2025 Grad Night Volunteer Form by April 1. This will help us get a list started for each fundraising event.  Specific sign-ups will be sent at a later date.  

 

4TH OF JULY FIREWORK SALES:

What:  4th of July Firework Sales in Ridgefield.  This is our largest fundraiser and brings in a majority of our budget.  All proceeds from sales go to the Class of 2025 Grad Party!   

When:  June 30 - July 4, 2024

Where:  Ridgefield (exact location TBD)

Details:  We will need adults and students to help set up, sell, run cashier, sign-waving, customer service, secure overnight and clean-up. 

 

RV INN STYLE AMPHITHEATER CONCERTS:

What:  Serve drinks and food at various concerts at the RV Inn Style Amphitheater

When:  Summer 2024 (specific dates and times, TBD)

Where:  RV Inn Style Amphitheater in Ridgefield, WA

Details:  This fundraiser is for adults only.  Workers are required to obtain a food handler’s permit and go to a training on Saturday, April 13 from 1-5 pm or Tuesday, April 16th from 6-9 pm. On concert nights, workers will need to be prepared to work a 7-8 hour shift starting in the late afternoon until closing time.

  

LION’S BOOTH AT CLARK COUNTY FAIR CLEAN-UP:

What:  Nightly clean-up at Lion’s Booth at Clark County Fair

When:  August 2 - August 11, 2024

Where:  Ridgefield Lion's Booth at Clark County Fair

Details:  Adults and students needed for a 2-hour clean-up at closing time.  Volunteers can arrive earlier in the day and will receive free parking, entry and a meal.
